What does a Pickleball evaluation look like?

During an evaluation, your physical therapist will:

  • Conduct an interview of your complete history including level of experience, training, and
    previous injuries.

  • Ask about your pickleball-related goals - what do you want to get out of this program?

  • Perform an individualized physical examination of your posture, strength, joint range of motion,
    balance, and coordination.

The first 45-minute session will include a thorough evaluation and initiation of a personalized exercise program. Following this session, you will receive a detailed report of your exam findings, including the physical therapist’s assessment of the impact of these findings on playing
performance and injury risk.

Subsequent sessions will be 45 minutes and may consist of exercise, manual therapy, and re-assessments.
